By using the Eon Checker software (hereinafter - "Software"), you agree to the terms of this agreement.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Software is provided under a subscription license for checking the availability of email accounts.
1.2. The license is linked to a single device (HWID).
1.3. License activation confirms acceptance of this agreement.
2. RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
2.1. The User is granted the right to use the Software within the paid license period.
2.2. Prohibited actions:
decompilation, reverse engineering, modification of the Softwaretransfer of the license to third parties without the author's consentuse of the Software to violate the lawattempts to bypass the licensing systemdistribution of the Software on public resources
3. LICENSE
3.1. One license = one device.
3.2. HWID reset is possible through the administrator.
3.3. No refunds are provided after the key has been activated.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1. The Software does not collect or transfer personal data of the user to third parties.
4.2. Only the following is sent to the server:
license key device identifier (HWID) 4.3. Check results are stored locally on the user's device.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
5.1. The Software is provided "as is".
5.2. The Author does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Software.
5.3. The Author is not responsible for:
results of using the Softwareblocking of email service accountsany direct or indirect damagesuser actions with the obtained data
6. UPDATES
6.1. The Author has the right to release updates for the Software.
6.2. Mandatory updates may be required to continue usage.
6.3. Functionality may change without prior notice.
7. TERMINATION
7.1. The license may be revoked if the terms of this agreement are violated.
7.2. No refund is issued upon revocation.
7.3. The Author reserves the right to block access without explanation.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITY
8.1. The User is solely responsible for using the Software in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
8.2. The Author is not responsible for any illegal use of the Software.
9. REFUND POLICY
9.1. A refund is possible within 24 hours from the moment of purchase, provided that:
the key has not been activatedthe request is sent directly to the administrator
9.2. A refund is NOT issued if:the license key has been activatedmore than 24 hours have passed since the purchasethe user violated the terms of the agreementthe user's account was blocked for violationsthe reason for the refund is the blocking of accounts by email services (independent of the Software)
9.3. Inexceptional cases, the administrator may consider a refund/license replacement individually:technical malfunction of the Software, confirmed by logs (eon.log)key replacement when changing devices
9.4. The decision on the refund is made by the administrator and is final.
