Just came back from a short holiday and my 2020 Levante was completely dead, not even a click when I pressed the start button. I managed to jump it from my wife's car and it started right up, but I noticed the clock had reset and the memory seats weren't working properly. I drove it around for about an hour to charge it up and everything seemed fine, but I'm honestly paranoid now because I have a long drive planned to Abu Dhabi next week and I really don't want to get stranded. The car is still under the original battery from when I bought it, so it's about four years old now which I know is pushing it in this climate. I've read that Maseratis are really sensitive to voltage drops and a dying battery can cause all sorts of weird issues with the TCU and infotainment system. I called a local garage and they quoted me a price that seemed reasonable but then they started talking about not needing to code the battery and that immediately raised red flags for me because I know these Italian cars need to have the battery registered to the computer. I'm thinking I'd rather take it to a specialist who actually deals with Maseratis regularly. I've been looking around and I've seen a few places mentioned in the Industrial Area 11 part of Sharjah that seem to work on exotic cars. I'm hoping to find Exclusive Maserati car battery replacement in Industrial Area 11 because I figure if they specialize in these cars they'll know exactly what battery to use and how to reset everything properly. Has anyone here had their Levante or Ghibli battery replaced at one of these workshops and did everything work properly afterwards? I'm just worried about the electrical gremlins that might pop up if it's not done correctly.
