A LinkedIn restriction does not always mean the account is permanently blocked.

First check whether it is:

  • a temporary restriction,
  • an invitation restriction,
  • a security or identity check,
  • or a permanent account restriction.
Then stop any activity that may have triggered it, remove automation tools, secure the account, and follow LinkedIn's recovery or verification process.

Been through this twice. One was an invite restriction from adding too fast. Stopped, removed automation, gone in two weeks. Other was a security check with ID, took a week. Don't delete the account while restricted. And if you're running multiple, keep each in its own clean profile. Shared fingerprints get them all linked.
