When running multiple browser profiles, I usually pay attention to session data, proxy settings, and how many tasks are running at once. These are often the first things I check when automation starts getting unreliable.

If you're managing lots of profiles, BitBrowser can help keep profiles and their proxy settings organized.
My usual approach is to get a small batch running reliably first, then scale up. It's much easier to find the bottleneck that way than to debug dozens of failing tasks at once.
A few things worth checking:
- Keep profiles separate. Use a dedicated profile for each independent workflow. Cookies, local storage, and login sessions shouldn't get mixed up.
- Check the proxy before launching. Make sure it's reachable and the location is correct. For long-running sessions, I usually avoid unnecessary IP changes.
- Increase concurrency gradually. Start with a small batch, check CPU and RAM usage, then add more profiles. More parallel tasks don't always mean faster execution.
- Set retry limits. A temporary timeout is worth retrying, but don't let a failed task loop forever. Add a delay between attempts.
- Reuse the existing session when possible. If a task fails, check whether the profile can be reopened with its saved cookies and storage before creating a new one.
- Keep basic logs. I usually want to know which profile failed, what stage it failed at, which proxy it was using, and how many retries it took.
- Check the network separately. If several profiles start failing around the same time, look at proxy availability and latency before assuming every session is broken.
A few things I usually pay attention to:
- Frequent login prompts: Check whether cookies or session data are being preserved.
- Failures across multiple profiles: Check the network, proxy provider, and available system resources.
- One profile failing repeatedly: Inspect that profile and its workflow before changing the whole setup.
- Slow execution after adding workers: Reduce concurrency and compare the results.
- Repeated timeouts: Add retry delays instead of immediately sending the same action again.
